SARS tax returns for 2010 onwards

The new SARS requirements for the submission of tax certificates and associated documents applicable as from the 2010 tax year are outlined, with a warning to employers as to the new information they will need to capture in respect of their employees. Please note that there is one typographical error in the story, in that an EMP 201 is referred to instead of an EMP 501.
